Samsung mobile phones provide a variety of features that you may not be familiar with. When you buy a Samsung smartphone or tablet, your device will ask you to set up a Samsung account in order to use or access various Samsung services: Samsung Pay, Samsung Rewards, gift cards, product news, and simpler processing methods. The Samsung device has been stolen or lost. A Samsung account is the fastest way to locate, turn off or restore the device’s factory settings, or even erase all data on the device. Samsung services are protected by Samsung ID and password. The password is always the way you enter your account, but if you forget the password, you can retrieve through account.samsung.com forgot password
First go to settings. You can find your account in the General tab. Tap Account and tap your Samsung account in the list. Go to Account Settings and then go to Help. Now you forgot your ID or password. Tap to continue. After that, you enter your email address. Now you need to open the email and follow the link to complete the password recovery process. This solution works fine when you have access to your device, but if you don't have access to your device, you need to open your Samsung account page on your PC/Laptop.
Go to https://account.samsung.com/ on a browser. You can do this on a phone, tablet, or computer.
Select Sign in. This is a blue button near the bottom.
Select Find ID or Reset password?. This is below the Sign in button.
Fill in your details and select Find my ID. You will need to provide your name and birth date.
Check the email ID listed. Part of the email will be hidden for privacy reasons, but it should be enough for you to identify which email address is your ID.
Select Sign in now if you wish to sign in from here.
If Samsung could not find your details, click Try again to re-enter them. Check that each field is accurate.
