Yes, if the Roku device is connected to a receiver that that is capable of decoding Dolby Digital Plus audio. If your receiver is not capable of decoding Dolby Digital Plus audio, then you will not hear audio unless you set your Roku box to stereo.
You can set your Roku box to stereo by going to Roku settings - Audio Mode - Stereo.
