The twitching of the brows and the twitching of the eyelids are very similar. You know how irritating it is to have your eyes flutter. Eyebrow twitching occurs when the small muscles in your brows flex spontaneously. The skin around your brow begins to twitch rapidly when this happens. Most cases of brow twitching do not require treatment, and it can last anywhere from a few seconds to several hours. Excessive caffeine use, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, stress, eyestrain, weariness, lack of nutrition, allergies, and sleeping issues are all known to induce brow twitching.
